Dipti Raman
Founder
Dipti Raman has over 21 years of experience in consulting, product development and implementation of strategic product programs, primarily in the area of risk management for BFSI across Europe, Middle East, South East Asia and India. She has considerable experience in the area of information technology and extensive experience in risk management domain. This unique and rare synergy has enabled her to lead large teams towards development of a number of strategic banking and risk management products, solutions and frameworks covering critical functions within the financial services domain.
Currently as a founder member of Avati, she has worked with large multinational consulting and technology organizations. She has led large teams to conceptualize, develop, deliver and implement key banking and risk management programs areas like core banking, Basel Implementations, business intelligence, data warehousing, asset liability management, transfer pricing, portfolio management and customer profitability analysis.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Mumbai University and has also completed her post graduate diploma in business management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India
Jignesh Kamdar
Founder
Jignesh Kamdar has over 14 years of experience in risk management function for financial services industry and specializes in providing consulting to banks for their key risk programs. He has managed large scale programs for large banks in credit, market and operational risk covering areas such as integrated risk management, policy and process, implementation of risk management programs like Basel II implementation – for credit, market and operational risk, rating model development and implementation, Asset Liability Management and liquidity programs, risk analytics and model development, portfolio investment management, pricing, performance evaluation and reporting.
Currently working as a founder member of Avati, he has been the founder member of other start-ups in the risk management space and he has also worked with one of the Big 4 multinational consulting organizations in their Risk Management practice.
He is a Chartered Accountant, ICAI India and a Chartered Financial Analyst with a post graduate in management from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai, India.
